On the way home from our New Year's Eve Party we stopped by to say hi to Daddy at Outback Steakhouse since we could not be with him at midnight.

New Year's Eve

Katherine and Billy had people over to celebrate the New Year. Mommy and Hadley celebrated with Aunt Katherine, Uncle Billy, Hunter, Blake, Aunt Robbie, Uncle Jeremy, Shelby, Taylor, and the Houser family. I had classes with Gemma and Katherine knows her from work. She was there with her husband, Justin, and their daughter, Jordyn. What a small world! Unfortunately, Daddy had to work. It was so fun to see all the kids together and ring in the New Year!

Blake and Hadley are best buds! They started their life only 6 days apart, so it was perfect that they rang in the New Year together!

Thinking of You Grandpa

Grandpa had knee surgery yesterday. We went to visit him with Aunt Robbie and the girls last night, but his room was so small we could not stay. We sent this picture to him today to cheer him up.  Hoping for a speedy recovery for Grandpa!

The Morning after our Sleepover

Hadley and I got a good night's sleep. I left the blue screen on the tv as a night light. It was about 5:30am when Hadley woke up for a bottle and Shelby woke up too. She said, "I will be able to go to sleep if it is dark in here." She thought that she had just started to doze off for the night when really she had been asleep all night! It was a little after 7am when Shelby woke up for the day and came to cuddle with us. Hadley was a little surprised to see her when she woke up. Taylor came in when she got up and they had a great morning cuddling in bed! 



 

First Sleepover

Daddy went to Lake Tahoe for a couple of nights, so Mommy and Hadley spent one of the nights at Shelby and Taylor's house. Shelby helped put Hadley to sleep and then made a comfy bed on the floor so Hadley and I could have her bed. So fun!

We had a great day playing at Hunter and Blake's house! It is so much fun living so close to our cousins!

Daddy is in Tahoe

There is not much snow this year, but Daddy was able to go snowboarding with his cousins, Josh and Zak. Two nights away from his baby girl. He missed her, but we sent him some pictures while he was away.
