Is she real?

Hadley had to go get her last two 4 month vaccines today, so my mom and I took her to the injection clinic. While we were waiting, this adorable little boy, who was probably around 3 or 4, came in with his mom and sister. He was fascinated with Hadley who was standing in my lap and playing. He asked, "Is she real?" I smiled and told him she was real but he was still not so sure. "Can I touch her?" His mom started to say no, but I said, "Sure." He came over and touched her cute little hand and said, "Her hand is greasy!" We all laughed and continued to chat with Hadley's new friend. He was also the first child that I have seen that seemed excited to be getting a shot. Hadley on the other hand was not very exciting and couldn't wait until the pain went away. By the time we left, she was smiling at the boy who was waiting for his turn. My little doll is sound asleep now... after her bath! Making new friends sure is fun and I am sure Hadley will meet many more as she grows up!
